On behalf of the EBSA Board of Directors and the Romania Snooker Federation (RSF), I have
pleasure in inviting you to send players to take part in:
The 2010 European Snooker Championships, The 2010 EBSA International Open
& The 2010 European Billiards Open ‘EBOS’
I enclose Entry and Travel-Accommodation forms to be returned as instructed for a maximum
entry of:
- Two Ladies, Two Masters (over 40 at the 1st day of the competition) and Two Men players
from each Member Country for the European Snooker Championships.
- Four Players + a Reserve for the EBSA International Open (without players from UK & Ireland)
- As Many players as you wish for the European Billiards Open ‘EBOS’.
Closing date for all entries: 30th April 2010
A maximum of 24 international referees will be invited by the Romania Snooker Federation.
Accommodation will be supplied on a Bed & Breakfast basis, 2 referees sharing a room +
1 meal/day will be provided at the Hotel.
Referees will be nominated by the European Billiards & Snooker Referees Association (EBSRA).
Request must be sent before the 16th April 2010 to the EBSRA secretary, Eugene O’Connor

Please note an entry fee per player to be paid before the start of each event as follow:
- European Snooker Championships = € 50 (fifty euro) will be payable to the RSF,
- European Billiards Open = € 35 (Thirty five euro) will be payable to the EBOS
No player will be allowed to take part if payment is not made

TRANSPORT
Transfers Airport – Hotel – Airport will also be available at a cost of € 15.00 per person and all
