On behalf of the European Billiards & Snooker Association (EBSA) Board of Directors and the Latvian Republic Billiard Federation (LRBF), I have pleasure in inviting you to send players to take part in:
The 2012 European Snooker Championships
You’ll find on the www.ebsa.tv website Entry and Travel-Accommodation forms to be filled as instructed for a maximum entry of: Two Ladies, Two Masters (over 40 at the 1st day of the competition) and Two Men players from each Member Country. You can also enter a reserve player in each event but acceptance will not be confirmed before the closing date for entries
Please use the username and password that you’ve received to fill in the forms ‘Online’. All participants, including referees and supporters must be on the travel and accommodation form.
Closing date for Entries: 22nd April 2012
Referees: A maximum of 28 international referees will be invited by the Latvian Federation.
Accommodation will be supplied on a Bed & Breakfast basis, 2 referees sharing a room +
1 meal/day will be provided at the Olympic Sport Centre.
Referees must be members of the EBSA and will be selected by the EBSA Referees Committee.

AGM: The 2012 EBSA Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday 11th June at the Latgola Park Hotel - Daugavpils (10:00 am). May I please ask you to send me an official letter nominating the delegate who will represent your National Governing Body at the AGM?

TRANSPORT
Transfers Airport – Hotel – Airport will also be available at a cost of €25 per person and all participants will be greeted by the LRBF representatives upon arrival subject to arrival information being forwarded in advance. Riga Airport to Daugavpils = 250 Km (4 hours by bus)
VISAS
Visas are not required by most European countries but please check.
FOOD
A good meal can be secured for €10 to €12.
CURRENCY
All major credit cards are accepted in the hotel, restaurants and shops.
Local currency is LAT (1 € = 0.7 LVL approximately please check)
