- Opening Ceremony Monday 27th May - Hotel Dana                                                                20:00     
- Start of the Matches, Tuesday 28th May - Hala Sportowo-akrobatyczna                              10:00
- EBSA Annual General Meeting Monday 03rd June – Ruben Hotel                                       19:00
- All finals will be played at the Venue on Thursday 06th June 2013
- Closing Ceremony Thursday 06th June at the "Palmiarnia"                                                   20:00
